Imagine having the opportunity of being in a penthouse lounge and restaurant overlooking Times Square. You arrive and pass through security as your name is on the list.  You take the elevator to the top floor and are now having drinks and appetizers with some of the most influential people in the entertainment world as paparazzi snap your picture and people wonder, are you someone famous? Some of our greatest success stories started out stepping off of that same elevator. This is the VIP Talent Connect After Party.

This special after party event began after the December 10th VIP Talent Connect Summit at The Ava Lounge at the Dream Hotel, only a few blocks away from Caroline’s, where the VIP Summit was held.  Overlooking Times Square at the top of the world, you will have access to a private party where only 10 of our talent were included with the best industry experts and celebrities from the summit in what is considered the hottest ticket in NYC that night. With unlimited food and drinks and intimate access to the speakers from the event, the VIP Talent Connect After Party allowed deals to be made and careers to be launched.

The IT Factor Alycia Kaback Presents an Exclusive Interview with Nalya Lebedinskaya

Vip Talent Scout Ali, Nalya LebedinskayaHow did you get started with Kaback Model Management?

I was at an event for another company, and one of the girls at the event approached me and asked me if I would be interested in coming in and setting up an interview.  At first, I thought it was a lie, because everyone comes up to me with cards and asks me if I want to model.  I used to be a model, but had stopped for a while.  I decided that I wanted to start again last year, and went to the South Street office, and it ended up being a real agency.  After I met with Goldie, she told me about the VIP events, and I went to the event last December and started working after that.

What jobs have you done so far?

I’ve been a ring girl in Atlantic City at Tropicana for MMA fights and I was in the Sean Kingston and Trav music video.  I’ve been on The Rememberer, White Collar, How to Make it in America and Mr. Popper’s Penguins.  Most recently, I did a photo shoot for Bugatelli Italian furs, and landed the cover of their catalogue!  The Bugatelli show was a lot of fun, but I didn’t get to keep anything.  It was also a shoot that was really fast, because I was constantly changing outfits.  When you see the finished product, it’s exciting to see that all the work you did paid off!

What has been your favorite job that you’ve done so far?

The Bugatelli shoot.  Everyone was so nice and everything was very organized.  It was just a pleasure working with people that care.

What was it like going on your first casting?

It was a little nerve wracking and my heart was pounding.  You walk into a room with a bunch of drop-dead gorgeous girls so it’s a little intimidating.

What was it like seeing yourself in the music video?

It pleased me.  You work so hard on something-I was there for over 12 hours to shoot it-so it’s worth it to see the finished product.

Nalya Lebedinskaya, VIP Talent Connect ReviewWhat would be your dream modeling job?

I would love to have a consistent job where I could get a contract with a clothing store and model for them or get a gig on TV and constantly work.  I have been very busy and have done a lot of jobs since the event, but I don’t know what’s coming in the future.  I never know when my next job is.  I’m doing a fashion show tonight at Benny the Bums and I’m going to open show, which is exciting.

Are there any jobs that you won’t do?

I always get requested for hair jobs, but I don’t do it because they would cut and dye my hair.  I would not be nude either.  I turned down Playboy because I want to do jobs that would glorify God and my parents.  I want my parents to be proud of me, not ashamed.

What models do you look up to?

I like Adriana Lima because she is very gorgeous and very photogenic.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

I want to take acting classes, since I have been requested for some that I have landed, and it is something that I want to pursue further.  I really liked being on set, so I’m thinking of taking classes through KMM with Robert Russell.  I also like doing makeup for models, so being a professional makeup artist is something that I’m interested in as well.  I’ve done makeup for models before, and when I did it for the show, they all loved how I did their makeup and I was excited to do it.  I like making someone look more beautiful than they really are, because makeup enhances the beauty.  I don’t want to limit my career with modeling only.

What do you want a photographer or casting director to come away with after meeting and working with you?

I want them to get a good vibe from me and know that I am a good working person and love getting along and working with others.

What do you like to do outside of modeling?

I like dancing, going to church and going on vacations.

Has your life changed a lot since signing with KMM?

I have done a lot more jobs than before, but I know to stay humble and always be myself.  Even if I get a multi-million dollar contract, I’m still the same person.  I want to continue to help more people and donate to charity.

What would be your advice to people who are skeptical about coming in and about the company?

I’m very pleased to know that this is not a scam.  I am speaking from a personal experience.  If this is their dream to become a model, actress, or singer-this is the place where you can start your career and go up.  But, if you aren’t going to put 100% into it, then it’s not for you.  Being on set from 6am and coming home around midnight can get a little tiring.  If your heart isn’t in it, you would feel like this is a waste for you.  But if this is what you want to do, I would advise you to do KMM.

Nalya Lebedinskaya, KMM Talent Reviews, The IT Factor Alycia KabackYou have been to VIP Summits before, what are your thoughts on them and what they can accomplish?

The VIP Summits helped me dramatically.  Those events are how you get your connections.  That is how I got to be on set with Jim Carrey, how I got to be on White Collar and the other TV shows and how I was able to be a ring girl.  I met the right people at the event, then went to the auditions and got the job.  It’s not easy-you might go to 10 or 20 castings and not get picked, but you can’t get discouraged.  You need to continue to go and stay positive and always go to everything.

What is the time Commitment like?

You have to be very flexible.  Your agent could call you at midnight and say they need you on set at 6am because that is the call time for most movies, and you need to be ready.  I do modeling full time, so it works for me.  For some people who are only doing it part time, it might become difficult because you might never know when the audition or job is until right before.

If you could work with any actor/actress or be in any movie, what would it be?

I would love to work with Clint Eastwood and Nicole Kidman. I would want to be in a movie like the Passion of the Christ or Courageous because whenever I’m not working, I’m in church.  I would want to be in a religious movie, playing the mother of God or something.
